The war on racism must be fought on the individual level as change cannot occur based on legislation or policy alone. The lack of awareness among Israelis regarding the Ethiopian community’s 2,500-year-old Jewish identity, culture and story of their journey to Israel is found at the root of discrimination. The Story of a Journey program sets out to solve this crucial societal issue. Read More
It is precisely during this extreme period of chaos, uncertainty, confusion and anxiety, that those with special and specific needs may be experiencing serious loneliness, social isolation, and severe emotional distress. The IACC is adapting programming specifically geared towards this population.

The Corona epidemic presents society with new community challenges, especially for senior citizens that have been in a state of physical isolation since the crisis began. Therefore, it’s necessary to create diverse programming that offers services to all ends of the spectrum for the elderly population.
